Hard Work pays off for NSMS Cheerleaders

, 2007, the North Shore Middle School cheerleaders went to Cheerleading Camp at Texas A&M. The first night, Cheerleaders competed in their division with the home routine, choreographed by sponsor Ms. Bazillo. Cheerleaders learned the routine two weeks before camp and took home first place; adding another trophy to their many awards. They also received a first place trophy for Camp Champions in their division for the Extreme Routine. Extreme Routine is routine taught by camp instructors and then incorporated by the cheerleaders to include 5 eight-counts of stunting, tumbling, and dancing. “The girls worked extremely hard before and during the week of camp,” said Coach Bazillio. “They pulled together as a team. Ms. Flannel and I are excited about the upcoming year.” Cheerleaders in attendance were: 7th Grade: Madison Vina, Jassidy Silva, Natalie Estrada, Vikki Glosson, Sierra Green, Tiara Allen, Jasmine Kelly. 8th Grade: Melissa Wilson, Kaylen Sennette, Terrica Cederholm, Timesha Smith, Briana Gordon and Cierra Rodriguez
