Mustang readers party in the park!

NSMS celebrated their second annual 100,000 AR points party. The Party in the Park was held on May 10, 2007. To earn this party, both 7th graders and 8th graders would participate by reading books then taking an AR test. As of May 16, 2007, NSM had earned 106,991.8 AR points “Party at the park was totally awesome dude!” said Jermaine Autherlee. There were three bus runs so that all students could participate. Entertainment was provided by both students and teachers. Students had pizza and nachos for lunch, played games and hung out in the playground area.
