Students choose student council representatives

 North Shore Middle School students elected their representatives on April 5th during all lunch periods. Officer’s campaigns began on April 2nd and ended April 5th. Student Council officers represent the student body. Student Council officers conduct meetings and plan activities for the school year. The 2007-08 Student Council officers are:

The NSMS Student Council was elected District 7/13 Secretary at the District Spring Convention. The 2007-08 Officers’ Induction and Awards Program was May 14, 2007. Raymond Whitten was named Member of the Year. Officers and Committee Chairpersons will attend the Student Council Summer Leadership Workshop in San Antonio in June.  Co-Sponsor Ms. Walton said, “They will be great [officers]! They are hard workers and we should all have a lot of fun together.”
