AWESOME ATTENDANCE. From left, Jenny Becerra, truancy clerk, and Charlotte Fleming, attendance clerk, are credited with keeping the North Shore Senior High School drop out rate low and attendance numbers high. Becerra and Fleming use the Absent Student Assistance Program (ASAP) and work with Precinct 3 deputy constables to ensure that students are staying in school. They say the secret to maintaining a low drop out rate is teamwork.
