SUNNY SKIES OVER CMS. Sandy Tijerina, head custodian, Cunningham Middle School, was honored with a Local 2 Sunshine Award. Laura Infante, truancy clerk, nominated Tijerina because she is dedicated to children and goes above and beyond the call of duty. Tijerina has worked in Galena Park ISD for 24 years.
