ENERGY EFFICIENT DISTRICT. The Galena Park ISD Education Foundation accepted a check for $32,943.17 from Al Connelly, Hunton Trane, and Karen Gregory, CenterPoint Energy. After district wide energy efficient renovation updates, GPISD was eligible for an incentive program rebate. The donation will be used to fund innovative classroom grants and teacher scholarships.
