Students in grades 1-12 who are enrolling in Galena Park ISD for the 2007-2008 school year may do so at one of two locations. Registration dates are July 30 – August 1 and August 6-10 from 8 a.m. – 6 p.m.

The two locations are:
                                    Galena Park High School – Lilly Center
                                    1000 Keene Street

                                    Joyce Zotz Education Center
                                    13801 Holly Park
     
            Daily registration assignments will be based on the student’s last name. Alpha letters are assigned to designated days of the week.  Daily registration assignments will be strictly adhered to.

Birth Certificate – Original required if enrolling for 1st grade or first time in Texas school

Social Security Card

Immunization Record

Report Card – Last received designating placed, promoted, or retained

Testing Information

Transcript – If applicable

Proof of Residency

 

Residency Requirements

• House
  -Valid Texas Driver’s License/ID
  -Current Utility Bill (Electric, Gas, Water) designating service address and resident’s name

• Apartment
  -Valid Texas Driver’s License/ID
  -Valid lease agreement listing ALL occupants of the household

• Living with a GPISD resident
  -Valid Texas Driver’s License/ID
  -Address Verification Form-completed & notarized
  -Valid Texas Driver’s License/ID of GPISD resident designating resident address
  -Current Utility Bill (Electric, Gas, Water) designating GPISD resident and service address
