TEEN TASK FORCE. From left, City of Houston Mayor Bill White thanked North Shore High School Sophomores Julion Conley and Kristen Lucas for joining his teen task force to Stop Trashing Houston. This initiative is part of the Mayor’s quality of life program to keep Houston clean and beautiful. Conley and Lucas helped distribute door hangers to 2,000 homes informing residents about their trash pick days.
