MR. SUNSHINE. KPRC-TV weather anchor Wes Hohenstein presented a Sunshine Award to Mark Richard, band director, Galena Park High School . Richard was nominated by Lazaro Estrada, band member, and was selected by KPRC for going above and beyond the call of duty on a daily basis.
