            All parents of Galena Park ISD students are invited at attend a Drug Awareness Seminar set for Thursday, March 13 from 6-8 p.m. at the Joyce Zotz Education Center, 13801 Holly Park.
            The seminar, sponsored by the Center for Success, will provide information about prevention and intervention strategies for parents as they educate their children about the dangers of drugs.
            Guest speakers for the seminar include Larry Wilson, a licensed chemical dependency counselor; Sgt. David Jones, a Precinct 3 Constable; Tiffany Lewis, community youth service provider and Doris Wright, from the juvenile mentor program. Information from the InSight Drug Intervention Prevention Program will also be presented.
